How Fast Will My Order Ship?
Typically XO will process an order the same day received - usually shipping the product within 24 hours after receipt

What is Your Return Policy - How Do I Return an Item?
XO will accept all returns provided the product is found to be defective in material and/or workmanship. We will require you to send the defective product back for our inspection/verification.  Also, for Dealers, we will honor return requests if XO was in error complying with your purchase order (wrong ship date, wrong product shipped, etc).  ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN XO PROVIDED RA#. You must call our office (866) 965-1244 for the RA# prior to shipping item(s) back. The RA# must be clearly marked on all return cartons.
