How long will it take to receive my order?
X0's standard shipping is through UPS Ground. We ship from our Hillside, NJ warehouse - about 10 miles from NYC.
Depending on your location, the following are estimated delivery times; East coast states should receive orders within 2 days; mid-west states within 3-4 days; and west coast states 4-5 days.
X0 also offers expedited shipping options at checkout.
What is your return policy?
XO Athletic is dedicated to its quality and service commitments and will accept returns under the following conditions:
1) Upon inspection, product is found to be defective in material and/or workmanship.
2) XO Athletic made an error in complying with a customer’s order or
3) It was a result of an XO shipping error.
All returns must be authorized through XO Athletic Customer Service Department. An XO issued “RA#” return authorization number must be clearly marked on all cartons.
Call XO Athletic Customer Service for RA# (908) 964-1242. All unauthorized returns will be refused
I bought the wrong size garment - can I return it?
If the product was opened and the garment was worn, given the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for undergarments.
Please make sure to order the appropriate size - X0 provides an easy to use sizing chart on its web site and on all its packaging - please take the time to review prior to purchase. If unsure or you fall within sizes, please order the larger size to be safe.
