XO Athletic is dedicated to its quality and service commitments and will accept returns under the following conditions: • Upon inspection, product is found to be defective in material and/or workmanship. • XO Athletic error in complying with customer’s purchase order or a XO shipping error. • All returns must be authorized through XO Athletic Customer Service Department. An XO issued “RA#” return authorization number must be clearly marked on all cartons. Call XO Athletic Customer Service for RA# (908) 964-1242. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
