RETURNS & EXCHANGES
XO Athletic is dedicated to its quality and service and will accept returns under the following conditions:
1) Upon inspection, product is found to be defective in materials and/or workmanship.
2) XO Athletic shipped the wrong item or size identified on the originally submitted order
All Returns must be authorized through the XO Athletic Customer Service department
XO will Replace defective product free of charge, no cash refunds
Please call 908 965-1244 to secure an official Return Authorization number (RA#). All Returns must have the RA# clearly marked in Bold on the outside of the packaging.
Given the personal nature of our products, XO cannot accept returns solely based on sizing issues.
